What to Expect

Worship at Gravel Hill is focused on celebrating and rejoicing in God's glory. Our service includes reading Scripture, praying for God’s guidance, praising Him through music, and preaching God's Word. By engaging in these activities together, we encourage one another to prioritize Christ and remember the truth of his message.

Our worship is focused on praising God collectively and not on individual personal experience. Our preaching is expository, which means that it explains the intended meaning of Scripture sequentially and applies the Bible to our lives.

At Gravel Hill, you'll find a church family that wants to make everyone feel welcome. Most of us wear jeans, some wear shorts, but you can wear whatever makes you feel comfortable. Worship will be around an hour, but may be longer if the pastor gets annoyingly long-winded. We encourage you to hang around after the service and let us get to know you. Welcome!
